Well if you haven't noticed by the title of this post, the Kardashian sister's are in big trouble. If you haven't been keeping up with their make-up line, let me dish it to you.
Kroma is a beauty line by Lee Tillett that has been in business since 2004. Recently the Kardashian sister's debuted a beauty line
Khroma with a very similar name to Tillett's line. Following? Okay! So obviously a lawsuit was filed by Tillett, because she would lose sales because of the similarities. Well, it is now official that the Kardashian's can no longer use the name
Khroma. According to the judge in this case, Tillett's beauty line will lose business opportunities, customers, and goodwill due to the name being so close.
Well Durrrr...
